PAYMENT AND SHIPPING.

This shop only accepts Paypal. You don't need a Paypal account to buy items. It is the easiest and secure way to pay.

Items are posted within 2 to 3 days after purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

I don't usually accept returns or do exchanges, although please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

This is just a small online shop and I make artwork because I love being creative. I want my customers to be happy with their purchases. I try to photograph and describe my items in detail, so what you see in the photo will be what you get. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, do contact me to discuss the problem. If you really want to return an item, it must be sent within 14 days of receiving it and returned in perfect condition by packing it well for a safe delivery.

You must keep a proof of postage receipt. If I sent your purchase Recorded or Special Delivery, please return it by the same service. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please send me a photo of the damage and of the packaging. I keep proof of postage of all items sold and they are insured up to a certain amount.

Shipping costs include packing materials, postage and handling fees.

All purchases are wrapped very carefully so they arrive to the customer in good condition. If you would like a purchase receipt, let me know at the checkout.

Because I'm based in the UK, please don't forget the shipping times may be a little longer depending on where you are in the world. In the US a delivery can take up to 5 to 30 days. If you have a specific shipping request please contact me before you buy.

PLEASE NOTE. I cannot be responsible for any delays in the delivery of a purchased item once it has been sent. e.g. Slow postal service in the UK or abroad, damage or delays with carrier vehicles, postal strike or delays due to customs. I always obtain a proof of postage receipt and if an item goes missing during a delivery, I can ask the local post office to investigate.

Customers are responsible for paying any custom or import tax that may apply.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS OF PRINTS. The paper and inks used for prints are fade resistant. In order to keep the print in great condition it is best to get it mounted and framed behind glass. Keep the picture away from damp, heat and direct sunlight.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS OF JEWELLERY. All silver pieces with beads do not need silver polish. Just use a soft dry cloth to clean the jewellery surface.
